And I will write to you a sonnet

Tell me one person who has loved you unconditionally

And I will write you a novel

I will pitch to your face and brain

Because I have been offered something I can’t buy

I am sometimes clumsy with my words

But for you I will seek speech therapy

Tell me your secrets,

And for you, I will become a painter

I will hold them so dear yet so publicly

Because I am unable to love you subtly

Give me your hurt

And I will point you to calvary

Give my your love

For, I will carry your heart inside of mine
